This chicken kabab recipe is for 1 kilograms. Insha Allah 4 to 5 people can eat it.
- Chicken : 1Kg
- Chicken 65 Masala : 1 Packet (Easily available in Market)
- Chilli Powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- Eggs : 2 Nos
- Haldi (Turmeric)
- Lemon : 2 Nos
- Oil : 1/2 litre
Take 1 kg chicken and wash it well with half teaspoon of haldi (turmeric) and half teaspoon of salt. Wash it twice. Drain off all the water and keep the chicken in a vessel.
Take chicken 65 masala and mix it with the washed chicken. Add 1 and a half teaspoon of chilli powder. Add half table spoon of ginger garlic paste. With that add salt to taste. Mix two eggs with the chicken. Add 1 and 1/4 spoon of turmeric and mix it well. (Make sure the mixture should be thick and not watery)
After preparing this mixture squeeze one lemon and mix it well.
Let the mixture to marinate for atleast 2 and half hours.
Now deep fry this chicken pieces in oil. Make sure you head the oil sufficiently.
Now your chicken 65 is ready to serve.
